PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

We live in information societies. We need information to perform our tasks at work and at home. This program makes it possible for students with undergraduate studies in biology, communication, culture, economics, engineering, information design, health care, journalism, language, and technology to learn how to inform various target groups about their areas.

Upon completion of the program a student can find a career working with information in an organization, private or public. This program requires an active commitment from every student. Learning is based on a synthesis of individual studies of required texts; work in study groups with reports, analyses, discussions, reflections, participation in seminars, and work in individual assignments. Throughout the program, each may focus the work on information design problems related to their own undergraduate subject matter.
